1. Upload the “End Page Slide Box” folder to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory
2. Activate the plugin through the ‘Plugins’ menu in WordPress
3. Place the shortcode [EPSB]xxxxxxx[/EPSB]  the last part of the page/post
